2 behind the neck push presses
2 ohs
2 snatch balances
Strength:
6 sets
1 Power Snatch +3 ohs Reset..1 snatch
*add weight each set
Conditioning:

250m row 40 kb swings 20 pull -ups
500m row 30 kb swings 15 pull-ups
750m row 20 kb swings 10 pull-ups
