Workout of the Day

Saturday

Teams of 4:
3 rounds
15 calorie row
15 burpee
15 s2oh
15overhead plate lunges

When all 3 rounds are complete,each member runs a 400 m run. 

-Each member starts at a different station 
-You will rotate when each member has completed their station.
